Raypak Australia warranties its products for three years parts and one year labour when installed for use in a single residential dwelling and one year parts and six months labour for other installations.

The warranty shall be limited to appliances that are installed, operated and maintained in accordance with all conditions set by Raypak and supplied with the heater at the time of sale. These conditions are available prior to sale on request.

Assessment of a warranty claim shall be by an authorised Raypak Australia agent or employee, whose determination shall be final. Raypak Australia may, at its discretion, repair or replace any component determined to be defective. Consequential damage caused by any defective component shall not be the liability of Raypak Australia.
