Poolstore International Pty. Ltd. Warrants to the original purchaser the following: -

1. Poostore Jogger Pump and Motor - warrants to the original purchaser 12 months from period of installation (separate warranty conditions and card enclosed with pump and motor)

2. Solar Controller - warrants to the original purchaser 12 months from period of installation

3. Solar Absorber is guaranteed against UV degradation for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. We also warrant to the original purchaser that the Solartaire absorber will be free from defect in material and workmanship in the manufacturing process under normal use and service from the date of its initial installation when installed in accordance with Australian Standard 3634.

4. Manifold and Fittings - warrants to the original purchaser 12 months from period of installation.

Poolstore warrants the above items for periods as listed in respect of defects found to be due solely to faulty materials or workmanship and Poolstore will repair or replace at their option such faulty materials or parts.
This warranty is issued subject to, and in compliance with statutory protection as may be provided by Federal or State law.

The warranty does not apply to failures or damage resulting from tampering with, negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper installation, alteration or modification, chemical corrosion, water hammer or improper maintenance. Installation of system is to be carried out as per Australian Standard No. 3634.

The manufacturer is not responsible for any implied warranties or representations by others, and under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of time, inconvenience, incidental expenses, labour or material charges in connection with removal or replacement of the equipment, or cost of carrying the goods between the retail purchaser and the manufacturer or their agents.
Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable to pay compensation or damages to any person for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property whatsoever, occasioned by or as a result of the use of this equipment, whether arising in contract or in tort , and all warranties express or implied (save as above) as specifically excluded.

Poolstore International has engaged the services of a Quality endorsed company to ISO 9002, Licence No. 5656 for the manufacture of its T.P.R. Solartaire Absorber and in keeping with its quality control system has had an independent testing laboratory (AMDEL LABORATORIES) undertake certified testing to Australian Standard 2369.2:1993 Clause 9 (Materials for solar collectors for Swimming Pool Heating) and in particular the evaluation after accelerated weathering. The Solartaire T.P.R. Solar Absorber met all requirements of the relevant standard and a full copy of this report is available on request.

PLEASE NOTE: LABOUR AND/OR SERVICE CALLS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY. NO REPLACEMENT PARTS WILL BE SUPPLIED PRIOR TO THE RETURN OF PARTS FOR WARRANTY DETERMINATION. WRITTEN PROOF OF PURCHASE TOGETHER WITH FULL CONTACT DETAILS OF INSTALLER SHOULD ACCOMPANY ANY CLAIM FOR WARRANTY.
