Poolstore International Pty. Ltd. Warrants to the original
residential purchaser for a period of 12 months from the
date of purchase in respect of defects found to be due
solely to faulty materials or workmanship that they will
repair or replace at their option such faulty materials
or parts. Pump seals are expressly excluded.
This warranty is issued subject to, and in compliance
with statutory protection as may be provided by Federal
or State laws. The onus of written proof of purchase lies
with the purchaser when seeking to establish a warranty
claim.
The warranty does not apply to failures or damage resulting
from tampering with, negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication,
improper installation, alteration or modification, chemical
corrosion, water hammer or improper maintenance or care
together with any damage whatsoever occasioned as the
result of seals leaking.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any implied warranties
or representations by others, and under no circumstances
shall the manufacturer be liable for incidental or consequential
damages, loss of time, inconvenience, incidental expenses,
labour or material charges in connection with removal
or replacement of the equipment, or cost of carrying the
goods between the retail purchaser and the manufacturer
or their agents.
Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable
to pay compensation or damages to any person for any loss,
injury or damage to any person or property whatsoever,
occasioned by or as a result of the use of this equipment,
whether arising in contract or in tort, and all warranties
express or implied (save as above) as specifically excluded.
PLEASE NOTE: LABOUR AND/OR SERVICE CALLS ARE NOT INCLUDED
IN THE WARRANTY. NO REPLACEMENT PARTS WILL BE SUPPLIED
PRIOR TO THE RETURN OF PARTS FOR WARRANTY DETERMINATION.
AS THE MANUFACTURE HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE LUBRICATION
OR COOLING OF THE PUMP SEALS AFTER INSTALLATION THESE
SEALS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.
PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST ACCOMPANY ANY CLAIM FOR WARRANTY.
